However, the organizers faced significant challenges in efficiently managing the diverse submission types and categories, alongside complex reviewer criteria. The sheer volume of submissions and the intricacies of presentations and session allocations added to the complexity of the process.
Approach
Recognizing the challenges of the abstract submission process, we leveraged our expertise to deliver a custom solution. Our team spearheaded the preparations, collaborating closely with the Scientific Committee. The solution was designed to streamline the workflow, enhance accessibility, and offer robust administrative functionalities.
Additionally, an admin module empowered administrators to oversee the automatic allocation and review process, allowing for necessary adjustments. This minimized challenges and ensured smooth operations.
